一体化教学模式探究与实践

随着职业教育教学改革的不断深入,我校进行了一体化教学模式的探讨与实践。从教学理念的树立,一体化双师队伍的打造,校本教材的设计开发,教学方法的运用,教学评价机制的建立等多方面进行创新改革,进一步提升了学校教师队伍素质,激发了学生学习的兴趣和动力,提高了教学质量及培训效率。     

新时代大学生知行合一问题研究

我国已从高速增长阶段进入高质量发展阶段,新通信技术、新媒体、互联网的迅速发展,不同价值理念传播速度前所未有,对大学生的冲击力度巨大,一定程度上造成大学生认知上的模糊和混乱。大学生知行不一的问题应当引起高等院校管理部门及师生的高度重视。大学生知行不一主要表现在两个方面:一是思想认识上的模糊和错误;二是行为表现距离社会规范的要求差距比较大。造成大学生知行不一的原因有三:一是道德认知本身存在众多分歧和争议;二是道德选择与现实利益之间的冲突和矛盾;三是情感在道德选择中的作用。要不断完善促进大学生知行合一的基本路径:一是落实思想政治理论课“立德树人”的目标;二是创新教学方式方法;三是改革和完善教学科研管理制度;四是加强校园文化能力建设。     

Efficient estimation of forecast uncertainty based on recent forecast errors

Multi-step-ahead forecasts of the forecast uncertainty of an individual forecaster are often based on the horizon-specific sample means of his recent squared forecast errors, where the number of past forecast errors available decreases one-to-one with the forecast horizon. In this paper, the efficiency gains from the joint estimation of forecast uncertainty for all horizons in such samples are investigated. If the forecast uncertainty is estimated by seemingly unrelated regressions, it turns out that the covariance matrix of the squared forecast errors does not have to be estimated, but simply needs to have a certain structure, which is a very useful property in small samples. Considering optimal and non-optimal forecasts, it is found that the efficiency gains can be substantial for longer horizons in small samples. The superior performance of the seemingly-unrelated-regressions approach is confirmed in several empirical applications.

区县党委政府保障和改善民生实践存在的问题与对策——以重庆市九龙坡区为例

一段时间以来,我国区县一级党委政府围绕保障和改善民生进行了积极实践,但也还存在保障水平不高、顶层设计不善、部门协同不力、社会参与不够等突出问题.从重庆九龙坡区的实践来看,我国区县党委政府要深入推进保障和改善民生实践,必须坚持系统抓好经济发展、提升战略认识、加强组织领导和强化科学统筹四个方面的工作.     

以素质教育为目标构建高职实践育人体系

素质教育是现代职业教育体系的重要目标。这一目标的实现要依赖于与之相适应的成熟的实践育人体系建设。实践育人作为育人工作理念,在高职院校人才培养过程中其体系的构建应更多地联系高职院校的育人实际,科学地设定目标、选择路径、建立机制,更高效地实现高等职业院校的高技能人才培养目标。     

Good practices on cost – effective road infrastructure safety investments

The paper presents the findings of a research project aiming to quantify and subsequently classify several infrastructure-related road safety measures, based on the international experience attained through extensive and selected literature review and additionally on a full consultation process including questionnaire surveys addressed to experts and relevant workshops. Initially, a review of selected research reports was carried out and an exhaustive list of road safety infrastructure investments covering all types of infrastructure was compiled. Individual investments were classified according to the infrastructure investment area and the type of investment and were thereafter analysed on the basis of key safety components. These investments were subsequently ranked in relation to their safety effects and implementation costs and on the basis of this ranking, a set of five most promising investments was selected for an in-depth analysis. The results suggest that the overall cost effectiveness of a road safety infrastructure investment is not always in direct correlation with the safety effect and is recommended that cost–benefit ratios and safety effects are always examined in conjunction with each other in order to identify the optimum solution for a specific road safety problem in specific conditions and with specific objectives.     

The Government Transformation Programme of Malaysia: a successful approach to public service reform

The 2009 Malaysian Government Transformation Programme (GTP) could be useful as a model for reform given its positive impact on improving public services in targeted key result areas. This paper assesses the GTP's approach in the context of the wider debate on whether reforms should be based on best practices or whether they should be diagnostic or problem-solving in approach. The GTP's success was largely the result of blending both approaches. The GTP experience in Malaysia provides a number of insights and lessons for delivering intelligent reforms quickly and effectively.

为了弥补高职营销专业的学生在专业学习过程中社会实践的不足,教师可以通过科学实用的案例任务的设计和开放式的小组合作学习方式的有机组合,开展课程实训,培养提升学生综合职业能力,提高教学效果和效率。
